In a large heatproof bowl, add garlic, green onions, herbs, sesame seeds, chili flakes, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar.

Heat 3–4 tbsp of oil until shimmering.

Carefully pour the hot oil over the ingredients in the bowl.

Mix well to create a fragrant chili oil sauce.

Heat 1–2 tbsp of oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.

Place dumplings in a single layer.

Fry until the bottoms turn golden brown.

Add 1/3 cup water.

Cover with a lid.

Let steam for 5–6 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through and the water evaporates.

Once cooked, toss the dumplings in the spicy garlic chili oil sauce until well coated.

Sprinkle with extra sesame seeds and green onions.

Serve hot!

20 pcs Dumplings frozen or fresh (vegetable, vegan, or your choice)
4 garlic cloves finely minced
3 green onions chopped
2 tbsp cilantro or Thai basil fresh herbs, chopped
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp chili flakes adjust to heat preference
2 tbsp black vinegar or rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar optional, for balance
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp neutral oil like avocado or vegetable oil
0.33 cup water
