Add yeast to warm water.

Add olive oil, salt, and all-purpose flour to the yeast and water mixture.

Mix the ingredients together.

Cover the dough and let it proof overnight in the fridge.

Take the dough out of the fridge after overnight proofing.

Oil up a Detroit-style pizza pan with olive oil.

Pour the dough into the oiled pan.

Spread the dough out a little in the pan.

Let the dough rest for an hour, encouraging it to fill the pan.

Drizzle more olive oil over the rested dough and dimple it.

Add rosemary and Maldon sea salt as toppings.

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

Remove the focaccia from the oven and let it rest.

Slice the focaccia into bite-sized pieces.

Tips
Choose an olive oil that you like because you will be adding a lot of it to this recipe.
The dough is extremely hydrated and wet, you don't actually need to knead it by hand, just mix it.
Sprinkle the sea salt from high up to get an even spread.
