Italian Grinder-Style Grilled Cheese on the Blackstone

Directions
- 1Place a tray of ingredients on the table.
- 2Crack open a soda.
- 3Place butter on the griddle.
- 4Place bread on the buttered griddle.
- 5Add provolone cheese slices to the bread.
- 6Add ham slices on top of the cheese.
- 7Add salami slices on top of the ham.
- 8Add pepperoni slices on top of the salami.
- 9Add a few banana peppers.
- 10Add more cheese on top of the peppers and meat.
- 11Place another slice of bread on top of the cheese.
- 12Add more butter on top of the bread.
- 13Flip the sandwiches to toast the other side until golden.
- 14Remove the grilled cheese from the griddle.
- 15Cut the grilled cheese sandwiches in half diagonally.
- 16Plate the grilled cheese sandwiches.
- 17Add spicy chips to the plate.
- 18Chop banana peppers for the grinder sauce.
- 19Add mayonnaise to a bowl.
- 20Add 2 tablespoons of banana pepper juice to the mayonnaise.
- 21Add 2 tablespoons of chopped banana peppers to the bowl.
- 22Add 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar.
- 23Add Italian seasoning.
- 24Add pepper.
- 25Add salt.
- 26Stir the sauce well.
- 27Pour the grinder sauce into small dipping dishes.
- 28Serve the grilled cheese with chips and grinder sauce.
- 29Enjoy the meal by dipping the grilled cheese in the grinder sauce.
