- 7Cover the dough with cling film and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- 8Use a tablespoon to scoop portions of dough, roll into a ball, and toss in powdered sugar.
- 9Place balls on a lined baking tray, spacing them out to account for spreading.
- 10Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes, then let cool.
