Wash the peppers well.

Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds.

Cut the peppers and set aside.

Add the cut peppers to the food processor.

Mince very well.

Add the minced peppers to a strainer to allow the liquids to drain very well.

Turn on the heat to medium and add the peppers.

Add the salt.

Leave it on the heat for about an hour, but stir every now and then to dry well.

After an hour, add the white vinegar.

Add the olive oil.

Roast it for 5 minutes and the pepper paste will be ready.

Add pepper paste while hot.

Add olive oil to the top.

Cover and wait to cool, then you can store it in the refrigerator for at least three to four months.

Add pepper paste to the bread.

Tips
Use sweet or hot peppers.
The pepper paste can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 months.
