Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich

Directions

  1. 1Grab one large chicken breast and tenderize it.
  2. 2Slice the chicken breast in half and season with salt and garlic.
  3. 3Prepare the first breading station with flour, salt, garlic, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. 4Prepare the second breading station with egg whites and hot sauce.
  5. 5Prepare the third breading station with crushed corn flakes.
  6. 6Coat the chicken in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally press it into the corn flakes to completely coat.
  7. 7Lightly spray the breaded chicken with oil and toss it in the air fryer to cook.
  8. 8Prepare the Nashville hot sauce by mixing Buffalo sauce, brown sugar, light butter, and smoked paprika.
  9. 9For the low-calorie coleslaw, combine Greek yogurt, milk, a dash of ranch seasoning, and hot honey, then mix with a pre-made coleslaw mix.
  10. 10Once cooked, dunk the crispy chicken in the hot sauce until completely coated.
