Directions
- 1Cut brie cheese in half horizontally.
- 2Add chopped garlic and chives in the middle, then salt and pepper.
- 3Cover the filling with the other half.
- 4Cover the brie with dough.
- 5Cut slits into the dough.
- 6Cut the sausages into smaller pieces.
- 7Place a sausage piece on each dough slit and roll it.
- 8Brush with egg yolk and add sesame seeds.
- 9Bake for 30 min at 180°C.
