Directions
- 1Mix together butter, salt, garlic powder and chives.
- 2Mix together flour and water.
- 3Spread the butter mixture on the phyllo pastry.
- 4Add the cheese stick to the phyllo pastry and roll it.
- 5Seal the end with the flour mixture.
- 6Freeze for 3 hours.
- 7Fry in vegetable oil.
