Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
  3. 3Mix all wet ingredients in a separate smaller bowl.
  4. 4Combine wet with dry and mix until combined.
  5. 5Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour mixture onto it.
  6. 6Spread everything evenly and pack it down with a spatula.
  7. 7Bake until you see a darker golden color on top of the granola.
  8. 8Let sit and cool before touching to create the clusters.

Ingredients

  • 4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

  • You can substitute brown sugar for coconut sugar.
