Peel and slice the red and white onions.

Slice the cilantro.

Add the sliced onions and cilantro to a bowl.

Crack two eggs into the bowl.

Add salt, turmeric powder, paprika powder, garam masala, cumin, and pepper to the bowl.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Cut and measure the cucumbers.

Grate the cucumbers into a pan.

Squeeze the grated cucumber to remove excess water.

Chop the mint.

Add the chopped mint to a bowl with yogurt, salt, and pepper.

Mix the yogurt mixture well.

Fry the onion mixture until golden brown.

Serve the onion bajji with the yogurt dip.
