Fudgy Oreo Brownies
Directions
- 1Mix together eggs, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, instant espresso, and vanilla.
- 2In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar together, then microwave gradually (15 seconds at a time) until the sugar dissolves and is shiny.
- 3Combine the egg and butter mixtures well.
- 4Add flour and mix gently; do not overmix.
- 5Add in 6-7 crushed Oreos and fold until combined.
- 6Pour into a 9x9 baking pan and top with 6-7 more Oreos.
- 7Bake at 350 for 28-30 minutes.
