Homemade Sprinkle

Directions

  1. 1Gather all the sprinkles on a parchment paper.
  2. 2Add 1 3/4 cups of powdered sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 tbsp of light corn syrup, and 1-2 tbsp of water into a stand mixer bowl.
  3. 3Mix the ingredients to form a thick icing batter.
  4. 4Dye the batter with plant-based food dye.
  5. 5Place a 3D printed mold on parchment paper.
  6. 6Spread the colored batter evenly over the mold with a scraper tool.
  7. 7Carefully remove the mold, leaving the sprinkle shapes on the parchment paper.
  8. 8Repeat the process with different colors and mold shapes, such as bats and witch hats for Halloween.
  9. 9Let the sprinkles dry overnight on parchment paper.
  10. 10Use a scraper tool to gently lift the dried sprinkles off the parchment paper.
  11. 11Collect the sprinkles and store them in a mason jar.
