Prick the sweet potato and place in a microwave for 8 minutes until soft.

Leave to cool, then scoop out 50g of sweet potato and mash with a fork.

Put the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and peanut butter into a mixing bowl.

Rub in using your fingers until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.

Add the sweet potato mash and milk and mix into a dough.

Roll out the dough to 1cm thick on a floured work surface.

Stamp out rounds using a 4cm fluted round cutter.

Using a small 2cm round cutter stamp out the middle of each biscuit to make a ring.

Place on the baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes until lightly golden and very firm.

Leave to cool.

4 tablespoon milk
