春日九宫格小蛋糕
Directions
- 1将10个鸡蛋的蛋清和蛋黄分离。
- 2将玉米油倒入牛奶中，搅拌至充分乳化。
- 3筛入低筋粉混合均匀。
- 4加入10个蛋黄，Z字搅拌均匀。
- 5倒入蛋清，挤入少许柠檬汁。
- 6细砂糖分3次加入蛋清中，打发呈小雪钩。
- 7取三分之一的蛋白放入蛋黄糊中翻拌均匀。
- 8翻拌好后倒入剩余的蛋白霜中，继续翻拌均匀。
- 9倒入烤盘，烤箱提前预热，150度烘烤30分钟。
- 10淡奶油加细砂糖打发至纹路清晰。
- 11用盒子在烤好的蛋糕胚上压出圆形。
- 12将蛋糕胚放入杯中，挤一层奶油，放一层水果，再挤一层奶油。
- 13表面再装饰一下即可。
