Add a little oil to the skillet.

Add a little butter to the oil.

Season the pork chop.

Season the flour with the same seasoning used on the chop.

Lightly coat the pork chop in the seasoned flour.

Drop the pork chop in the hot oil.

Cook the pork chop three to four minutes on each side until golden brown and set aside.

In the same pan, add onions to the drippings, butter, and oil.

Add the flour that was used on the pork chops to the skillet and cook out the raw taste.

Add a little chicken broth.

Add a little bit of W sauce to take it up a notch.

Add the pork chops back into the pan.

Spoon a little bit of gravy on top.

Let this cook low and slow, simmering for about 10 to 15 minutes until tender.

1 cup Broth

2 tbls flour
2 tbls oil
chicken broth
W sauce
