Grandma Easy Smothered Pork Chops

Directions

  1. 1Add a little oil to the skillet.
  2. 2Add a little butter to the oil.
  3. 3Season the pork chop.
  4. 4Season the flour with the same seasoning used on the chop.
  5. 5Lightly coat the pork chop in the seasoned flour.
  6. 6Drop the pork chop in the hot oil.
  7. 7Cook the pork chop three to four minutes on each side until golden brown and set aside.
  8. 8In the same pan, add onions to the drippings, butter, and oil.
  9. 9Add the flour that was used on the pork chops to the skillet and cook out the raw taste.
  10. 10Add a little chicken broth.
  11. 11Add a little bit of W sauce to take it up a notch.
  12. 12Add the pork chops back into the pan.
  13. 13Spoon a little bit of gravy on top.
  14. 14Let this cook low and slow, simmering for about 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
