Icebox Cake

Directions
- 1Start with heavy cream and whip it well.
- 2Add vanilla, a pinch of salt, and two tablespoons of sugar and blend more.
- 3Line the springform pan with plastic wrap.
- 4Add a layer of Oreo cookies.
- 5Add a layer of cream.
- 6Repeat the layers.
- 7Finish with a layer of cream and cover it with plastic wrap.
- 8Place it into the fridge for 24 hours.
- 9Remove from the springform pan.

- whole thing heavy cream
- some vanilla bean paste
- a pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1.5 packages Oreo Thins

Tips
