Add unsalted butter to a large skillet over medium-low heat.
Add water and stir until the butter melts.
Add milk biscuits and stir until the biscuits dissolve completely.
Transfer everything to a large bowl.
Add condensed milk and mix everything very well until combined.
Transfer this mixture to a cake pan lined with non-stick baking paper and spread it out evenly.
Add sugar, vanilla flavored pudding powder, and milk to a large saucepan.
Turn the heat to medium-low and keep mixing everything very well until it thickens slightly.
Divide this cream into two large bowls.
In one of them, add white chocolate and mix until combined.
In the other bowl, add milk chocolate and mix until smooth.
To assemble the dessert, place the bottom part of a small plastic bottle in the center of the cake pan with the biscuits and add the creams, alternating them.
Remove the bottle from the center and continue pouring the remaining creams.
Use a skewer to decorate the dessert.
Take the dessert to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
