Mini Muffins

Directions
- 1Add the milk, oil, and eggs to a bowl and mix.
- 2Add the sugar, all purpose flour, cake flour and baking powder and mix.
- 3Add vanilla and chocolate chips and mix.
- 4Add batter to muffin tin.
- 5Bake at 350 for about 16 minutes.
- 6Create a sugar syrup.
- 7Brush on the sugar syrup while the muffins are still hot.
- 8Let cool.

- 0.5 cup flavorless oil
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup cake flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla

- equal parts water
- equal parts sugar
