Directions

  1. 1Grind the Petit Beurre biscuits from Britannia.
  2. 2Add the soft butter at room temperature and rub well.
  3. 3Add a little water.
  4. 4Place in a pan.
  5. 5Press inside a mold.
  6. 6Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for ten minutes.
  7. 7Toast the pecans.
  8. 8Add the warm caramel.
  9. 9Stir together.
  10. 10Spread on the cookie layer.
  11. 11Let it cool.

  • 2 cups Petit Beurre biscuits from Britannia
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1.5 cups caramel

Tips

  • Pecans must be toasted and caramel warm.
