3Add 0.5 tsp of salt and 0.125 tsp of black pepper to a separate bowl and mix.

5In a clean bowl, add 0.75 cup of AP flour, 1 tbsp of corn starch, 0.5 tsp of salt, 0.25 tsp of baking powder, 0.5 tsp of onion powder, 0.25 tsp of garlic powder, 0.25 tsp of ginger powder, 0.25 tsp of paprika, 0.25 tsp of nutmeg, 0.25 tsp of black pepper, and 0.25 tsp of sugar.
6Add cayenne pepper if you want to spice it up.
7Take 4 tbsp of the batter mix and add 0.33 cup of water to create a wet batter.
8Split the batter into two separate bowls.
9Dip each chicken wing in the wet batter, then coat it thoroughly with the dry batter mix.
10Heat 2 quarts of oil in a frying pan on high heat.
11Place the coated chicken wings in the hot oil and fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
12Remove the fried chicken wings and drain excess oil using a strainer.
