Add 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter to a saucepan.

Add 1/3 cup of blue cheese crumbles to the saucepan.

Add 1/3 cup of Frank's hot sauce to the saucepan.

Add a little bit of salt to taste to the saucepan.

Whisk all ingredients together over heat until completely melted, then set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, add two finely chopped celery stalks.

Add one egg to the mixing bowl.

Add two finely chopped cloves of garlic to the mixing bowl.

Add 1/3 cup of panko breadcrumbs to the mixing bowl.

Add 1/4 cup of sliced green onions to the mixing bowl.

Add about a half a teaspoon of onion powder to the mixing bowl.

Add a little bit more salt to the mixing bowl.

Mix all ingredients together in the bowl.

Add 1 pound of ground chicken to the mixture.

Add about half of the prepared buffalo sauce mixture to the bowl.

Mix until all ingredients are perfectly combined.

Use a meatballer or similar tool to form beautiful, perfectly round 1 to 2 inch meatballs.

Place the meatballs onto a baking sheet.

Bake the meatballs in the oven at 425°F for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.

Get a large mixing bowl and put all the cooked meatballs in it.

Pour the rest of the buffalo sauce mixture over the meatballs.

Shake the bowl until the meatballs are completely covered in sauce.

Serve the meatballs on your preferred dish.

Drizzle with Hidden Valley Ranch and add more green onions on top if desired.
