Directions

  1. 1Start with a layer of refried beans.
  2. 2Mash 2 avocados with salt, pepper, and lime.
  3. 3Spread the mashed avocados over the beans.
  4. 4Mix sour cream with taco seasoning.
  5. 5Spread the sour cream mixture over the avocados.
  6. 6Add pico de gallo over the sour cream.
  7. 7Top with cheese.
  8. 8Pat the cheese down, then add green onions.

  • 1 container sour cream

  • 1 cup cheese
