Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1Add white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and instant espresso into a large pan.
  2. 2Place pan on low to medium heat and stir constantly until all ingredients are melted and combined.
  3. 3Pour the mixture into a lined 8 or 9 inch baking tin and spread it into the corners.
  4. 4Place the tin in the fridge to set for a minimum of 3 to 4 hours.
  5. 5Remove from tin, peel off the paper, and cut into desired square sizes.

Ingredients

  • 400 g white chocolate
  • 397 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2-3 tsp instant espresso

Equipment

lined baking tinpanknife

Tips

  • You can swap the white chocolate for milk or dark chocolate if you prefer a less milky flavor.
  • If you don't like coffee, simply leave it out for a plain white chocolate fudge.
  • You can use salted butter if you prefer it over unsalted.
  • The more espresso you add, the stronger the coffee flavor will be.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge to prevent it from becoming too soft at room temperature.
