Directions

  1. 1Sprinkle sugar on top of the lemon possets.
  2. 2Brûlée the sugar on top of the lemon possets with a torch.
  3. 3Scoop out the inside of the lemons to create lemon shells.
  4. 4Strain the lemon juice.
  5. 5Pour heavy cream, sugar, and lemon zest into a saucepan.
  6. 6Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon.
  7. 7Pour the lemon posset mixture into the hollowed lemon shells.
