Creamy Caramelized Onion Shin Ramyun Toomba

Directions

  1. 1Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil and melt the butter in a pan.
  2. 2Add the thinly sliced onions and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Stir every minute until it is caramelized. Set aside.
  3. 3Cook the Shin Ramyun Toomba noodle in hot boiling water for 3 minutes. Set 1 cup of noodle water on the side.
  4. 4In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, gochujang, garlic and shrimp. Cook until the shrimp is 90% cooked.
  5. 5Then, add heavy creamy followed by caramelized onions and stir to combine.
  6. 6Add the noodles along with chopped parsley and give it a final mix.
  7. 7Serve it in a bowl, grate more parmesan cheese, garnish with chives and chili oil. Enjoy!
