Season the bottom of the crockpot with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Add the chicken breast on top of the seasonings.

Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Add about half a jar of sun-dried tomatoes to the crockpot.

Add some crushed red pepper flake.

Pour a 24-ounce jar of marinara sauce over the ingredients.

Add a pint of heavy cream.

Cover the crockpot and cook for 3 to 4 hours on high or 6 to 8 hours on low.

Once the chicken is done, pull it out, shred it, and put it back in the crockpot.

Stir in a 25-ounce bag of plain cheese frozen ravioli.

Add a bag of frozen spinach.

Cover the crockpot and cook on high for another half hour to 45 minutes, until the cheese ravioli is heated through.

Serve and enjoy.
