Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu
Directions
- 1Add the chicken to the crockpot.
- 2Add the ham to the crockpot.
- 3Add the swiss cheese to the crockpot.
- 4In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken, sour cream, milk, dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper.
- 5Pour the mixture over the chicken and ham in the crockpot.
- 6Add more cheese.
- 7Mix and cover. Cook on low.
- 8In a bowl, mix the stuffing mix, parmesan cheese and butter.
- 9Spread the stuffing mix over the crockpot mixture.
- 10Cover and cook on low.
- 11Garnish with parsley and serve.

- 1 cup ham
- 2 cups swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 cup more cheese
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 handful parsley
