Add the chopped vegetables to the pan.

Crumble in the tofu.

Season the filling with soy sauce, vinegar, and agave.

Cook the filling until it sizzles.

Add the filling to the dumpling wrappers.

Prepare the broth by combining noodle cooking water, crispy chili oil, sriracha, soy sauce, and a pinch of sugar in a bowl.
