Directions

  1. 1Put some milk in your lemon Oreos just long enough to soften them up.
  2. 2Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with the softened Oreos.
  3. 3Mash the Oreos slightly, leaving a few chunks for texture.
  4. 4Spread strawberry pie filling over the crushed cookies.
  5. 5In a separate bowl, whisk together cold milk and instant pudding mix until thick.
  6. 6Pour the pudding mixture all over the strawberry layer and smooth it out.
  7. 7Refrigerate for about an hour.
  8. 8Spread whipped topping all over the top.
  9. 9Add a sprinkle of spring colored sprinkles if desired.
