  1. 1Place cookie dough with chocolate inside in a bowl
  2. 2Heat vegetable oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  3. 3Carefully drop the cookie dough into the hot oil
  4. 4Fry for 2 to 4 minutes until golden brown
  5. 5Once golden brown, place the fried cookie dough into a meringue bun
  6. 6Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the top
