Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2Add cottage cheese to the blender.
- 3Add shredded mozzarella cheese to the blender.
- 4Add tapioca flour to the blender.
- 5Add eggs to the blender.
- 6Add melted butter to the blender.
- 7Add garlic powder to the blender.
- 8Blend ingredients together.
- 9Grease your cupcake tin.
- 10Pour mixture half way into the greased cupcake tin.
- 11Add a tablespoon of sauce to each cupcake.
- 12Sprinkle with more cheese.
- 13Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
