Directions

  1. 1Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a molcajete.
  2. 2Mash the avocados with a molcajete pestle.
  3. 3Finely chop the tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro, and onions.
  4. 4Add the chopped tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro, and onions to the mashed avocados.
  5. 5Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
  6. 6Add a pinch of salt.
  7. 7Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
