Directions
- 1In a bowl, add 4oz of softened cream cheese and 8oz of sour cream.
- 2Combine the cream cheese and sour cream, finding it easiest to do with a fork.
- 3Take one cup of crushed Ritz crackers and one cup of melted butter and combine them evenly, easiest to do in a Ziploc bag.
- 4Take one 10 1/2 ounce can of cream of chicken soup.
- 5Add the cream cheese and sour cream mixture to the soup.
- 6Add 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning mix (or one 1oz packet) and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
- 7Mix until everything is nice and combined.
- 8Add about a cup of chopped cooked bacon and about 2 to 3 cups of cooked chicken (cubed or shredded).
- 9Spread the mixture evenly on top.
- 10Add the buttery Ritz cracker topping over the casserole.
- 11Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.

Tips
