s’more chocolate chip cookies

Directions
- 1Brown the butter and let it cool slightly.
- 2Whisk together the browned butter and sugars until glossy in a bowl.
- 3Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
- 4Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt and fold gently.
- 5Add chocolate chips and fold until the dough comes together.
- 6Scoop dough balls, flatten slightly, place over your graham cracker and chocolate and form the dough around the marshmallow.
- 7Bake at 350°F for 11–13 minutes until golden on the edges.

- 1/2 cup brown butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- chocolate chips
- jumbo marshmallow
- graham crackers

- I recommend cutting the mallow in half if you’re doing smaller cookies.
- The bigger cookies cooked for 15-17 minutes.
