Directions

  1. 1Scoop spaghetti with tomato sauce into a muffin tin.
  2. 2Press the spaghetti down in each muffin cup using a small glass to form a nest.
  3. 3Place meatballs into the spaghetti nests.
  4. 4Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. 5Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden.
  6. 6Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. 7Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  8. 8Serve the spaghetti cupcakes.
