1Boil the eggs for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and let them sit for another 7 minutes in the water.
2Peel the eggs and slice 6 of them in half.
3Remove the yolks from the remaining 2 eggs and mash them.
4In a bowl, mix the mashed yolks with mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, Tony's seasoning, and sugar. Whisk until smooth.
5Add the chopped red onion, celery, and green onion to the mixture.
6Chop the pickles and add them to the bowl.
7Place a metal cooling rack over the bowl and gently push the egg halves into the mixture.
8Add the cooked macaroni and mix everything together.
9Chill for at least an hour (or preferably overnight).
