Directions
- 1Boil the pasta in a pot with water and salt.
- 2Drain the cooked pasta and set aside.
- 3Place the chicken breasts into a Ziploc bag and flatten them slightly using a meat tenderizer.
- 4Season the chicken breasts with oil, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, dry parsley, paprika, and Old Bay seasoning.
- 5Cook the chicken in a non-stick skillet with 3-4 tablespoons of oil for 5-10 minutes per side, ensuring it's cooked through.
- 6Remove the cooked chicken and set aside. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the same skillet.
- 7Sauté chopped onion and red bell pepper in the skillet until softened.
- 8Add diced tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 9Pour heavy cream and chicken broth into the skillet.
- 10Stir in cream cheese until the sauce is creamy.
- 11Add 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon and 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
- 12Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to coat well with the creamy sauce.
- 13Cut the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pasta.
- 14Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
