Boil the pasta in a pot with water and salt.

Drain the cooked pasta and set aside.

Place the chicken breasts into a Ziploc bag and flatten them slightly using a meat tenderizer.

Season the chicken breasts with oil, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, dry parsley, paprika, and Old Bay seasoning.

Cook the chicken in a non-stick skillet with 3-4 tablespoons of oil for 5-10 minutes per side, ensuring it's cooked through.

Remove the cooked chicken and set aside. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the same skillet.

Sauté chopped onion and red bell pepper in the skillet until softened.

Add diced tomatoes and cook until softened.

Pour heavy cream and chicken broth into the skillet.
