Directions

  1. 1Dice an onion, green and red bell peppers, and mince a few cloves of garlic.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven.
  3. 3Add the diced veggies to the Dutch oven.

  5. 5Sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes until tender.
