Cut 1.5-2 pounds of pork chops into 1.5 inch cubes.
In a bowl, add the pork cubes, 2 TBSP oil, garlic Parmesan seasoning, pepper, garlic powder, and 2-3 TBSP flour. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, make the honey garlic sauce by whisking together 1/2 cup honey, 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar, 3 TBSP soy sauce, 1 TBSP minced garlic, and 1/2 cup chicken broth.
Add oil to a pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork bites and cook for 3 minutes per side until crusty.
Add 3 TBSP butter and 1-2 TBSP minced garlic to the pan. Toss with the pork for 1 minute.
Add the honey garlic sauce to the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for a couple more minutes until thickened.
Serve over rice and top with chopped green onions.
