Combine softened cream cheese, garlic and herb Boursin cheese, and a little bit more than a quarter cup of sour cream in a bowl and mix well.
Add a little bit of onion and garlic powder, a little bit of parsley, and a little bit of crushed red pepper flakes to the mixture.
Stir in a quarter cup of real bacon bits, a third cup of Parmesan cheese (using Parmesan petals), and approximately three quarters to one cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Fold all ingredients together nicely.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (such as a pie dish) and spread it around evenly.
Crunch up one handful (approximately a quarter to a half cup) of crispy fried onions into smaller pieces and spread them on top of the dip.
Place a thin layer of red pepper jelly on top of the onions, using almost half of a 300 ml jar.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Garnish with two bunches of green onions.
Let the dip cool for a bit before tasting.
