Directions

  1. 1Add 50 grams of melted butter into a bowl.
  2. 2Add 4 eggs into the bowl.
  3. 3Add 1 cup of self-raising flour into the bowl. If you don't have self-raising flour, add 1 cup of plain flour and about half a tablespoon of baking powder.
  4. 4Open and pour one can of sweetened condensed milk into the mixture.
  5. 5Using a handheld mixer, beat the mixture for about 4-5 minutes until it's nice, smooth, and creamy.
  6. 6Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan lined with parchment paper. You can also use a cake pan or a round one if you prefer.
  7. 7Place the pan into a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 35 minutes.
  8. 8Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down on a wire rack.
  9. 9Completely optionally, sprinkle some powdered sugar on top of the cooled cake.
  10. 10Cut a slice of the cake and serve.
