- 5Mix all ingredients well.
- 6Pour the mixture into a blender.
- 7Use the milkshake setting on the blender.
- 8Pour the prepared Dole Whip into a serving glass.
- 9Garnish with pineapple leaves and a pineapple wedge if desired.
