- 1Mix the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.

- 3Sift in the dry ingredients and combine.
- 4Pour the batter into a baking pan.
- 5Bake the cake.
- 6Combine blackberries and sugar in a saucepan.
- 7Cook the blackberries.
- 8Combine sugar, butter and cream cheese.
- 9Mix together.
- 10Cut the cake into layers.
- 11Spread the cream on top of the first layer.
- 12Add the blackberry mixture.
- 13Place the second layer of cake and spread cream.
- 14Melt chocolate.
- 15Add peanuts to the melted chocolate.
- 16Pour the chocolate mixture on top of the cake.
- 17Spread evenly.
