Blackberry Chocolate Cake

Directions

  1. 1Mix the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
  2. 2Add the egg yolks and mix.
  3. 3Sift in the dry ingredients and combine.
  4. 4Pour the batter into a baking pan.
  5. 5Bake the cake.
  6. 6Combine blackberries and sugar in a saucepan.
  7. 7Cook the blackberries.
  8. 8Combine sugar, butter and cream cheese.
  9. 9Mix together.
  10. 10Cut the cake into layers.
  11. 11Spread the cream on top of the first layer.
  12. 12Add the blackberry mixture.
  13. 13Place the second layer of cake and spread cream.
  14. 14Melt chocolate.
  15. 15Add peanuts to the melted chocolate.
  16. 16Pour the chocolate mixture on top of the cake.
  17. 17Spread evenly.
