Once the oil starts to lightly smoke, pan sear the pork chops.

Put the fat cap side down in the pan, standing upright, for 2 to 2 and a half minutes to get a nice brown on them.

Lay them flat in the pan for 4 to 4 and a half minutes.

Flip all of the pork chops over and add 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter, rosemary, garlic and onion.

Scoop the pork chops over a little bit and baste each one in that butter for 8 to 10 minutes.

Once they reach an internal temperature of 133 to 135 degrees Fahrenheit, they are good to go.
