- 4Muddle.
- 5Add Aperol to the glass.
- 6Pour Gin to the glass.
- 7Add ice to the glass
- 8Shake.
- 9Add ice to a new glass
- 10Strain into glass.
- 11Garnish with mint and pineapple.

- 60 ml Aperol
- 2 oz Aperol
