Directions

  1. 1Add oil to the pan, then add onions and mushrooms. Stir.
  2. 2Add minced garlic, sherry cooking wine, heavy cream, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir.
  3. 3Add corn starch slurry, then add sour cream and more heavy cream to desired thickness. Stir.
  4. 4Add salt. Stir.
  5. 5Add oil to a cast iron pan. Add steak. Cook until golden brown.

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sherry cooking wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch slurry
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup steak
