Add the prawns, chili, garlic, grated frozen ginger, soy sauce, coriander, MSG, and spring onion to a food processor.

Blend the ingredients until they form a paste.

Add pepper blanc and blend again.

Transfer the blended paste to a bowl.

Chop the remaining two prawns into larger slices.

Add the chopped prawns to the paste in the bowl and mix well.

Mix mayonnaise with sriracha, pepper blanc, and sesame seeds to create spicy mayo.

Shave the sprouts using a mandoline.

Add salt and lime zest to the shaved sprouts and mix to make a slaw.

Spread mayonnaise on the burger buns.

Toast the buns face down on a medium-hot pan for a couple of minutes.

Add oil to the pan.

Shape the prawn mixture into a patty with wet hands.

Fry the patty in oil for about 3.2 Scandinavian minutes on each side.

Spread spicy mayo on the bottom bun.

Place the cooked prawn patty on top of the spicy mayo.

Add the slaw on top of the patty.

Spread spicy mayo on the top bun and place it on the burger.
