1Combine the steak strips with soy sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil, pepper, and hot sauce in a large bowl. Set aside to marinate.
2Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3Add potato wedges to the skillet and cook until golden and fork-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove potatoes to a plate and set aside.
4In the same skillet over medium heat, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter and add garlic, red chili pepper flakes, and fresh herbs.
5Lay the steak strips in a single layer in the skillet, reserving the marinade. Cook each side of the steak strips until browned.
6Stir in the reserved marinade and cook for one minute, then add the potato wedges back to the skillet and heat through. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
7Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with additional chili flakes, herbs, or parmesan if desired.
