Directions

  1. 1Poner la leche a cocer.
  2. 2Mientras tanto, preparar el caramelo.
  3. 3Una vez listo el caramelo, agregarle una cucharadita de agua.
  4. 4Añadir el caramelo a los recipientes donde se hornearan los flanes.
  5. 5Batir los huevos y añadirles la leche cocida con el azúcar.
  6. 6Colar la mezcla.
  7. 7Agregar la mezcla a los recipientes.
  8. 8Hornear a baño maría a 200 grados.
