Directions

  1. 1Start by toasting the fermentation-friendly, fiber-rich, fart-producing spice mix in a pan.
  2. 2Soak and drain the tamarind juice in hot water, removing the pulp.
  3. 3Add curry leaves and chopped tomatoes to a pot.
  4. 4Grind down the antioxidant-rich spice mix.
  5. 5Add a dash of turmeric for more anti-inflammatory goodness.
  6. 6Season your gut-friendly soup with the spice mix.
  7. 7For the temper, start with some ghee in a small pan.
  8. 8Whack in some mustard seeds and more cumin seeds.
  9. 9Add that spicy cherry on top to the soup.
  10. 10Garnish with some coriander for an extra fiber boost.
